Add a option 'download in HTML format' so people can download the data and use it quickly anywhere, including in wikipedia (where can be easily converted to wikicode via WikED gadget)

Please provide a specific usecase example describing what you would like to accomplish.
I suppose in addition to the CSV, TSV, JSON and JSON-Lines format the reporter would like 'HTML' as a download format as the results as well.

...and this will be very usefull. HTML table can be used on external websites/blogs, on WMFLabs, as well on all MediaWiki wikis.
