Rethink the display of deleted vs created pages in Special:ContentTranslationStats and monthly reports

Description

Currently Special:ContentTranslationStats and LE's monthly reports show the total number of published translation, including the deleted ones. Usually the number of deleted pages is very low (yay!), but there are some anomalies, such as the hak.wikipedia in October 2015.

It may make sense to subtract the number of deleted pages from the number of created pages, or to do something similar to represent the data in a more correct way.
