I think the docs on wikitech is missing an image that shows the flow and how different parts interact with each other. Let spend some time to create that so it's easier for everyone to understand our setup.

What's missing now is a map of how everything is working together. Like Navigation Timing, WebPageTest, where you can find the data and how we test. I think an updated version at https://performance.wikimedia.org/ would be cool.
