Any task added to Wikimedia-Portals should automatically be added to Discovery-ARCHIVED as well. Thanks!

To be pedantic: probably just modify whatever herald rule is already adding tasks to Discovery-ARCHIVED to add Wikimedia-Portals to the list?

I adjusted H33, originally created in T95932
