Related to T114376, but worse:

Try to edit a page which consists only of links:

https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Test?veaction=edit&lang=en

It is possible to move to the next link with a keyboard, but the link window is always on and impossible to dismiss.

(Feel free to dupe with T114376 if this is really the same issue)
