Description:
The links to the edit page (by "edit" tab) in regular pages (i.e. current pages,
without any oldid setting) now include the parameter "oldid", which is
unnecessary and breaks several scripts. I think it was caused by r21819, because
this revision set revision ID for OutputPage (and therefore Skin), but not for
the article itself, so Article::isCurrent returns false by mistake.
