On [[Special:MovePage]] the input field for new page title contains the old page title.
There is also a script or something that changes the content to the old page title when the page has loaded.
This is very annoying if you have already started typing a new title before that script is run, and you have to restart typing because your new title is changed back to the old title.
I suggest this script is removed, since the input field already contained the old title.

Are you requesting that the new title field be loaded without the old title preloaded there? About the other issue, I think that was caused by the switch to OOUI and has been fixed since then, iirc (I can't find the task about it right now) and I can't reproduce it now.

I first saw this at Swedish Wikipedia. But also on French, Icelandic and Dutch Wikipedias.

I think this is the same root cause as T114134, which has been fixed and the fix will be deployed to Wikipedias later today. Please test then and let us know if it's fixed.
