Fix extension:textextracts to work with English Wikisource templates for various previews

Description

At English Wikisource it uses template headers in namespaces to standardise the presentation of works and information pages. These pages do not display well through

  • Wikidata preview (see images example at T86755)
  • popups javascript
  • hovercards

At the T86755 ticket it was discussed that the data does not seem to show due to something in Extension:TextExtracts.

A new summary endpoint will be defined for the purpose of summaries for the 3 use cases but we don't plan to improve TextExtracts which will remain a general purpose API. I've made a note to make sure we consider Wikisource in our implementation: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Topic:Tu98ukhyqpwhm7nd
