The font.ini of the HussainiNastaleeq font needs to be edited and Western Punjabi should be added into its languages.

Can we get an update on this? Instead of this font though, the latest version of Noto Urdu Nastaleeq font downloaded from GitHub. It is one of the only fonts which supports the "arlam" unicode character added for Punjabi. It's inclusion as a web font would greatly improve the accessibility of Wikimedia projects in languages used in Pakistan.
