Multipage TIFFs thumbnails don't work correctly

Description

By multipage TIFFs the thumbnails are sometimes not generated correctly. The first thumbnail is always generated but the following are not. Maybe a problem by big size files.

It is not a copy of https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T87318 because they are real multipage tiffs.
