Add introductory text to Special:DataSearch

Description

Add introductory help text to Special:DataSearch. Field names are not explaining what the whole thing is about.

Search is for a substring in the spellings of expressions.
"Language" can be empty to search all languages.
"Collection" can be empty so as not restrict the search to any collection.
