Description

I found out the git-daemon that exposes the zuul-merger repositories is not monitored by Icinga.

We need a monitoring probe to ensure git-daemon runs on the zuul mergers.

gallium git_daemon_running
PROCS OK: 1 process with regex args '^/usr/lib/git-core/git-daemon'

scandium git_daemon_running
PROCS OK: 1 process with regex args '^/usr/lib/git-core/git-daemon'

Unrelated to this task, they both have the zuul_merger_service_running` check as well.
