Hmm, the Commons-App-Android project here in Wikimedia Phabricator was archived and it looks like the application's canonical bugtracker is at https://github.com/nicolas-raoul/apps-android-commons/issues
I do see the benefits of using Phabricator and e.g. its workboards for project management, but I am also a little bit afraid of creating tasks for the very same application in two places (Phabricator, GitHub) if some tasks of the Outreachy project remained unresolved in the end (though someone could transfer them to GitHub I guess).

This is not @josephine_l's fault and it should not block them, hence asking @Nicolas_Raoul for their opinion here.

How about using Phabricator only for Outreachy tasks (such as "Write a report") and Github for all technical tasks that could exist even if Outreachy did not exist?
