Description

When creating a security group from https://horizon.wikimedia.org/project/access_and_security/ and leaving the description empty

I get

Error: Unable to create security group: description has a minimum character requirement of 1. (HTTP 400)

Even though the description is not marked as required

Either the field should be required or a 0 length allowed
