I am not sure that this is a bug but I am reporting so that developers can investigate this. In arwiki, interwiki redirects are treated as broken redirects. For example if a user redirected his arwiki talk page to his commons talk page, the talk page appears in Special:Brokenredirects although it is not a real broken redirect but rather an interwiki redirect such as the following page http://ar.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D9%86%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%B4_%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%B3%D8%AA%D8%AE%D8%AF%D9%85:Yonatan
