Anchors are broken when you copy/paste a link on visual mode

Description

How-to:

  1. copy a link with an anchor Flow#Release_and_features_FAQ on mw.org
  2. create a message on a Flow board, using visual mode
  3. create a link on the text and paste the anchored link
  4. validate the link: the control fly-out displays the link with the anchor, everything looks correct
  5. post the message: the anchor is missing, only remains the link to the page ([[Flow]]).

No problem on wikitext mode, or if you edit the link on wikitext mode and go back to the visual mode before saving.

To be more specific:
you'll be able to create the intended link if you paste the full URL in the link inspector.
You will not be able to link to the section if you only paste "Flow#Release_and_features_FAQ" in the Search pages tab and select the first link it gives as a result.

I don't manage to reproduce this.
