Notes:
"Today's featured picture" on wiki has much more info (including links to prev pics, archive and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Picture_of_the_day/December_2015
Some features are more limited for mobile screen space.
POTD has no relation with "Today's featured picture" on wiki? "Today's featured picture" seems like a totally separate feature. No possible confusion for a user?
Its the commons picture of the day. This is potentially confusing, but so is the concept of "Commons" as separate from Wikipedia. We may need to specify in the header "Commons Picture of the Day".
