Rounding and missing units in VMEM values on http://tools.wmflabs.org/?status create misleading values
Open, LowestPublic

Description

First, units of values are missing, while both M and G exist (inferred from numeral values). It could be confusing to see "174/1"

Second, when I specify a memory limit of 2g I see 1 here. I assume the command line takes 2g as 2000000000 bytes then the web UI tries to show it as 2000000000/1024/1024/1024 = 1.86G, then round it down and show 1(g). This is also misleading anyway.
