@01tonythomas - I'm a bit confused, should I create a subtask to this task with the task name: Community bonding evaluation for (your project name) ? But if I fill in the blanks it will have the exact same name as this task, is that okay?

Also is it okay to keep my proposal task as the 'main' task with the detailed plan etc? We have been using it for that purpose for a while now, we haven't used the original project idea task to discuss anything after my proposal task was created. I have copied all the pertinent information from the original project idea task into my proposal task already.

And I think the primary mentor is @Niedzielski , shall I assign the task to him instead of @Nicolas_Raoul ?

@josephine_l, You only need to add your report as a blocker for this task and fill in the required links in this task description. Rest of the evaluation is for Nicolas/Niedzielski to take care of.
Yes, it's okay to use your proposal task for everything. If the information in the original project task is redundant, then you can merge it into your proposal task and rename your proposal to not include "Outreachy proposal".
