Maybe it is possible to create a Magic words. And Template:Other uses should be like this {{DISAMBIG: {{{1|}}} }}.
Link pointing to the disambiguation pages are almost always unintended. But template Other uses must do it. So I think we do not need to add Anarchism to Special:DisambiguationPageLinks because the only link to a disambiguation page is Anarchists (disambiguation)
