Renaming in Commons creates "No file by this name exists" message; works after reload

Description

While renaming a file page in Wikimedia commons, page with new name gives "No file by this name exists, but you can upload it" (MediaWiki:Filepage-nofile-link/ml) message. Reloading the page again loads the file thumbnail.
