There are 2 cases that were identified as problematic (there might be more though):

1. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:CardinalMarkE.jpg

This is handled correctly by the old version of the tool, so that should be easy to fix.

2. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:John_Flamsteed.jpg

This was broken in the old version of the tool too. The desired handling of this case should be to show the plain text without any HTML or Wikitext or templates.
