Description

Hi, please add new usergroup "interface editor" on Urdu wikipedia.
These users would be able to edit in mediawiki: namespace.
And any sysop grant/revoke this right.

At the moment there are only high priority SWATs, this has no high priority. Normally I deploy my changes at thursday, so I guess at the first week with normal priority SWATs, at thursday.
