[Regression] Cannot create a new page with VisualEditor in ca.wiki

Description

  1. Go to https://ca.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ckjflkjsahggjsfdskj or any other non-existing page in Catalan Wikipedia.
  2. Click "Crea" in order to create a new page with VisualEditor.

EXPECTED

The usual form to create a new page appears.

ACTUALLY

Wikipedia logo and left column jump to the box where the textarea should be found. There is no textarea. A broken wiki page where the user cannot create a new page. The only way to create pages in ca.wiki is through wiktext now.

A user has reported the problem at https://ca.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tema:Stzny8kw4otprmb8. He says he has tried with different browsers, resizing...

I can reproduce the problem. This used to work. With the same username and browser, everything works as expected in mediawiki.org.

Maybe it's an interference with a Beta feature that I have enabled and you haven't?

I see the same as QuimGil. I've tried disenabling all my Beta features and it keeps not working.

Ah, right, so the issue is caused by local messages. That doesn't effect me normally because I use English everywhere, but it shows if I set uselang=ca.

@QuimGil, in the future please remove any cookies with "Token" or "Session" in them (in this case, just not posting the cookie entirely would have been good). Anyone could have easily accessed your account using what you posted. I've force logged out all your accounts and reset your auth token server-side.
