Every new translation has automatic "Created page with" edit summary

Description

When translating a page using ContentTranslation extension, every edit comment (that is, for translating every page section) made by the extension has "Created page with" prepended, while only the first one should have it.

Example: https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Help:Server-side_upload/sr&action=history

Also, in edit comments, there should probably be some indication that the extension was used.

No, that is Translate. Personally I disable those automatic edit comments on my wikis using Translate.

To clarify, I am just re-using the edit comment which is automatically generated by MediaWiki. Due how the feature works, MediaWiki sees each section as a new page. There is no simple way to affect this behavior from Translate.
