In the lefthand tool links of the English Wikipedia there is a large link called "Edit History Stats". It links here:
https://wikidashboard.appspot.com/enwiki/wiki/Template:Totd-random
It returns this error:
Error: Not Found
The requested URL /enwiki/wiki/Template:Totd-random was not found on this server.
This is not even hosted in labs, and there's no indication to me that the author of that site was tracking tasks in Wikimedia Phabricator. The only thing that can be done on Wikimedia's end that I am aware of is removing the link.
