Troubleshooting limn1 and wikimetrics1 self-hosted puppet woes [3 pts]

Description

Tried to update and clean up puppet conflicts on self-hosted puppet masters.
Tried to fix the redis problems on production wikimetrics, couldn't restore results but it works and new reports can be created.
Tried to run puppet on limn1, but it's broken for good and nobody knows why.
