Description

Missing for iOS as of today http://phlogiston.wmflabs.org/ios.html. Also missing for VE; not sure if it's missing for everything because not everything is updating cleanly (which is probably another bug).

Bug: recently_closed_daily stored procedure wiped recently_closed data. Was then fixed in the SQL generation file, but production no longer wipes and recreates the whole database with each load, so fix didn't take.
