meeting notes (one wiki page each, use categories or tags or something)
Phlogiston and Phabricator and Phragile links
loose end tasks (below radar, but in the "vault", half-done (including names of stakeholders))

Thoughts about meeting notes best practice:

one wiki page per meeting
name like WMF 2015-11-10 Phlogiston Meeting notes
how are they tagged or otherwise given machine-readable metadata?
- use namespaces or other features?
- tags?
- template?
suggested minimum metadata
- date
- person taking notes
- associated milestone or team
action items identified in the meeting should get Phabricator tasks, and links to those Phab tasks should be added back to the meeting notes
- nice feature in Phab is that status of task is shown in link title (via strikethrough if task is closed). Can we get this somehow in wiki pages? or do notes in Phab instead of wiki?

No immediate plans to try this out relative to other priorities. May do something similar later.
