Description

A person tried to send an e-mail to info-fr@wikipedia.org but it was rejected on November 17th

She decided to send it to info-en-q@wikimedia.org and it was forwarded.

I would guess that's because, according to the forwarded message, it was sent to "info-fr@wikipedia.org." (note the period after ".org").

Rjd0060 set Security to None.

As Pajz stated above, this was due to user error in the to: field. OTRS is quite sensitive to such things. :-)

In the future please leave notice of such issues at the OTRS wiki ([[AR]]) or contact an OTRS administrator directly.
