Many unnecessary flow bots
Open, LowPublic

Description

As reported here there happens to be many Flow bots in some projects:

https://fi.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Toiminnot%3AK%C3%A4ytt%C3%A4j%C3%A4t&username=Flow&group=flow-bot&limit=100
https://fr.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Sp%C3%A9cial%3AListe_des_utilisateurs&username=&group=flow-bot&limit=50
https://hu.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Speci%C3%A1lis%3ASzerkeszt%C5%91k_list%C3%A1ja&username=&group=flow-bot&limit=50

If it's not possible to merge those users into the current account, that is "Flow talk page manager", shouldn't those user rights (bot, flow-bot) at least be removed? At least the one on the Finnish Wikipedia and the Hungarian Wikipedia are unnecessary. I don't know what caused that mess, maybe the translations on Translatewiki.net?

It used to be intentionally translated, so the username would use a name in the wiki's language. Wikis with more than two (e.g. https://fr.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Sp%C3%A9cial%3AListe_des_utilisateurs&username=&group=flow-bot&limit=50 has 3) are probably because someone changed the translation at one point.

Since rEFLW5c84c341117e: Clean up 'Flow talk page manager' related code it is always in English, but we did not go through and delete/merge the accounts.

Unless this is causing problems, I don't think it's a high-priority issue.
