Backfill CirrusSearchRequestSet partitions /wmf/data/raw/mediawiki/mediawiki_CirrusSearchRequestSet/hourly/2015/12/15/0[0-4] into hive

Description

These partitions have been marked with the _IMPORTED flag but oozie failed to create the hive partitions.
This was due to a failure in camus (T118570). I'm not sure why oozie failed to backfill automatically and moreover why the error notification was not sent.

@EBernhardson says the disk usage is the same through December, so we assume that it was done. Anyway, this task is so old that it probably doesn't even really matter any more anyway.
