1. Can we remove the payments.wikimedia.org url from the interstitial page?

2. This is showing up right before the payment's page each time, even though I've already donated with Amazon (and clicked this page once) and I'm currently logged in to Amazon. My understanding was that the interstitial page would show only once.

Elliot said he set the widget login options to always show the login screen, so we should tell it to skip that when you're already logged in.
