Interwiki links not shown for specific en.wp article with Russian interface language

Description

I don't see any interwiki links on page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three_wise_monkeys when I choose Russian as interface language. In other articles no such effect. Maybe this page contains some rare interwiki, which crash displaying of all interwikis with this interface language.

I use Chrome and Monobook.

I observe it too with ?useskin=monobook&uselang=ru . See just links provided by ContentTranslation suggestion. Which BTW should not appear actually I think. (Android and Desktop Firefoxes if it's relevant)

I can reproduce this in Vector (and Firefox, though the browser shouldn't matter as the language links are already missing in the HTML, even before JS execution):

Disabling all beta preferences does not fix the issue, so we can't blame "Compact language links" or "Content Translation".

I did a null edit and all the interwiki links started to appear in ?uselang=ru now..
