On tablets (at least, on my 10" Android tablet), the login page is the normal one, but after login, Mediawiki immediately switches to the mobile view. The OAuth Allow dialog does not render unless the user then switches back to the mobile view.

I've gotten reports of this affecting Striker clients on mobile devices as well. The steps to reproduce would be something like:
- Visit https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/ with a mobile device (or spoofed mobile device)
- Login using your Wikitech account username + password
- Go to https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/profile/settings/sul
- Click button to connect/refresh SUL via OAuth
- Get prompted for login on metawiki
- [expected] See OAuth approval dialog and approve application
- [expected] Redirect to https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/
- [expected] See OAuth connection confirmation and SUL account details

Pretty much, though I think I didn't have to go to https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/profile/settings/sul myself - it just prompted me to link SUL from the front page?
