"File usage on other wikis" still shows use when it is not used any more.

https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wappen_Traitsching.png shows use at https://hu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Traitsching but SVG is used on hu.wiki
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wollmerath.gif shows use at https://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wollmerath but PNG is used on ro.wiki

I can't say that the bug is fixed, but it is not visible anymore.

Maybe there was just a long job queue one day? It can happen. If you see this happening again, let us know, but if it disappears without us doing anything, it's probably just a long job queue.
