More Nearby View, Scenario: "Location permissions

  • Show error view in "More nearby your location" when
    • Our app specifically is denied
    • Location services are globally disabled
  • Remove error view and get nearby titles when on "More nearby your location" when app regains access to location

@Nirzar @JMinor declining this since it seems likely that Nearby will move to a tab, and thus not need special error views for the "More nearby" view
