Sample MobileWikiAppShareAFact eventlogging schema to a higher degree, stream of events is very large. Do we need that many events?

@Nuria Is this still a problem? It doesn't appear anyone's changed the sampling rate since you filed this...

Well, tables are still large, you can close this as we have another thread about deleting older data in those tables

@Dbrant Perhaps worth down-sampling this in any case? To 1:100 (or 0)?
