Since I've converted the dumps to use scap3 for deployment, I could help talk you guys through this if you need it.

We might also want to make this an actual MediaWiki extension (possibly after T192073: Make DCAT-AP use Purtle and add unit tests), as it interacts with MediaWiki (uses MediaWiki: pages) and that would generally fit our infrastructure well.

This would potentially ease the maintenance burden here, as very little special infrastructure is needed to keep it afloat?!
