I have created the S8 space ("WMUA Technical Committee"). Closing this task as resolved.
Note that @intracer (and Phab admins, as a fallback) can add/remove members to allow accessing tasks in that Space, via https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/members/2052/
Please keep in mind to also add project(s) to tasks created in that Space, so those tasks will be shown on the project dashboards for those members who can see tasks in that Space.
