Category links should appear under preview HTML when previewing an edit

Overview Description: When a page is edited and previewed, all categories are shown at the very bottom of the page, below the wiki-code.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to the edit this page on any MediaWiki page that has categories
  2. Preview the page

Actual Results: The categories are displayed below the wiki-code

Expected Results: The categories should be shown above the wiki-code, the preview of the article should all be in one place, not split by the code.

Build Date & Platform: Discovered on Windows XP Media Center Edition (Service Pack 2). This bug should be found in all browsers and operating systems.
