Added a bunch of tests and comments to P8

@ksmith @jaufecht @DStrine @mbinder @ggellerman please review!

I have reviewed Possibility 8 and added comments. Mostly, I would favor greatly cutting down on the tests, as well as merging a few.

We have 10 barriers and tests. Let's cover further activity for Pos8 in other Phab tasks.
