Description

The donor in #200135 got a 404 error after entering their PayPal password using a "galaxy s6 phone, standard browser. Used both mobile and desktop version, used email link and direct from browser". We have not seen a high volume of this, but #194106, #193536 and #191940 are examples from PayPal donors earlier in December.
