@JAufrecht: Should we all finalize the spreadsheet first, and then to a bulk move to the wiki?

Like Grace, I'm not yet clear how to map from spreadsheet to wiki. It's probably reasonably straightforward once you "get" it, but I'm inclined to want a quick training rather than figuring it out on my own.
