setup/install/deploy db2033

Description

It seems that db2033 doesn't have its raid setup, so I cannot install it remotely (@RobH).

@Papaul: db2033 needs the raid setup and then the OS installed:

  • - all install_server updates are complete
  • - check bios and set raid settings (raid10)
  • - boot and install OS (already in install server info)
  • - sign puppet/salt keys
  • - hand off to jaime for implementation
  • - service implementation

Implemented as x1 node on codfw to be able to decom db2008 and db2009.
