Description

Implement action=mergehistory API support.

Waiting for MediaWiki patch to be deployed so it can be tested against wmf sites/etc.

mergehistory hasn't been merged yet, but I think the API is stable enough that I could add support into pywikibot ahead of time.

It does look quite advanced, so I have written up the task.

I am willing to approve this GCI task even if it cant be merged because we are waiting on the MediaWiki API devs to review and approve the MediaWiki code.
