python-mwapi fails on import in Python 2.7

I get this import error when using mwapi on Python 2.7.11.

According to the cross-filed issue on GitHub this module was intended to be 3 only. This is a bit of an issue on Labs but this is a design specification, not a bug, so I'll close it now.
