update "hey_ok_deb" user id to DTankersley in Phabricator's user account configurations

Description

Hello,

Not sure if you all can handle this, but Deb registered a user id (hey_ok_deb) with dtankersley@wikimedia.org
Now when she attempts to log in, via the WMF channels, she's receiving an error "email address already exists"

Is there a way to update her user id to DTankersley (rather than hey_ok_deb)?
If not, is there a way to delete dtankersley@wikimedia.org so that we may start all over?

She unfortunately cannot log into Phabricator.

I guess there are two options:

  1. We could rename Phab user accounts but that would not change the associated MediaWiki SUL account set via https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/settings/panel/external/
  2. When logging in as @hey_ok_deb, could Deb remove/change the email address via https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/settings/panel/email/ and then re-register as @DTankersley and set that (now hopefully available) email address?

Good Morning,

Just heard from Deb - unfortunately she forgot her password with the original user account.
May there be a way of deleting the account all together and her re-registering?
