Many people put possessive s outside the wikilink even if the wikilink is piped liked this:
[[Canada men's national junior ice hockey team|Team Canada junior team]]'s

That is cruft and it makes the 's part a different color than the rest of the displayed wikilink, plus it delinks the 's part.

In cases where the wikilink is already piped, the apostrophe s should go inside the wikilink like this:
[[Canada men's national junior ice hockey team|Team Canada junior team's]]
