Special:CentralAuth reports account attachment, which - being standalone - is confusing, report accout creation as well.
Special:CentralAuth is being used to get info about users and many users interpret it as the date of creation of such account on given wiki.
Besides, IIRC, it used to report the account creation date instead of the account attachment.

[operations/puppet@production] Rewrite logster::job to use systemd timers. This patch does change the meaning of the variable "weekday", going from being a number between 0 and 6, to a string. Weekday is currently never used (only minutes are), the change will only affect patches and roles that have yet to be written.
